Delivery Service
Our delivery service has been designed to offer a generous banquet meal that suits larger dining numbers( minimum of 25 diners), including varied taste preferences while allowing for dietary requirements in a location of their choosing. A cost-effective solution with a minimum effort required by the host, that lends itself to a successful event.
The meal will be delivered to your venue approximately 15 minutes prior to your dining time.
- You will need to provide suitable table space to accommodate the numbers attending (this information will be sent to you with the final details sheet).
- We will provide disposable tablecloths for the buffet table. We will lay the table cloth, set out your dishes and open your meal ready for dining.
- The meats, salads and hot vegetables are delivered in tinfoil trays. The French bread is sliced, spread with margarine and set in tinfoil trays.
- Quality compostable crockery and cutlery contained within baskets are provided. (Baskets to be returned)
- Plates are separated with napkins. Satcheted Salt n pepper and condiments are in pop top resealable containers.
- Stainless steel serving tongs and spoons are provided for all dishes along with plastic gravy jugs (these need to be returned to us).
- Once the meal is set and ready for dining, my staff will depart and leave you to your meal.
My staff and I provide a friendly, flexible and efficient service; the meals are generous by design with many familiar tastes to suit a wide range of people.

Onsite Service
With our on-site service we provide crockery and cutlery and all necessary table condiments ie quality paper napkins, salt and pepper. The meal will be served through a carvery and self-help buffet with dishes cleared between courses. Dessert is served in the same fashion.

Buffet Table
Buffet table set with attractive stainless chafer dishes for hot foods. Salads presented in smart white show bowls and cane baskets, condiments, sauces also in white show
bowls.
Carvery
Carvery set with wooden carving boards, gravy served through stainless steel chafer dish. Meats are carved and served directly to the guests.
Wedding Table
Wedding table service inclusive (top table only). Platter service so that the wedding party may help themselves.
Staff attired in black and white uniforms.
Hot Drinks
Tea/ coffee service, teabags and specialist teas.
Hireage
Linen tablecloths ( White trestle clothes) can be supplied at $12.50 each.
